The first unit!
I finished another 5 today! That means I have completed the first of 5 units! Now the technique is down I can actually do these quite quickly and hope has been restored that the army can be finished in time. I think I've fixed the problem I had with the bases in that they needed starker highlights.

The army is coming on nicely. A reader of my blog challenged me that painting 9000 points of soldiers doesn't really mean anything it is only models that count, my counter was, of course, 335 models painted in the first year of the blog! Keep going, you will have an army in no time!
I nearly painted 200 last year! Thanks man. I'm getting all the glade guard done at the same time then next will be the tree man just for fun. If I can get that done by Monday I can relax a bit
